TIME Magazine Unveils the Top 50 Websites List

TIME magazine has come out with the best set of websites for the year. This year too, there are surprises but the leaders are unchallenged. The list is led by Flickr followed by California Coastline and Delicious. A huge surprise is through the omission of Digg. I have my concerns on the bias that’s behind the rating.
