Intensive Theme : Wordpress

Posted on March 22nd, 2006 in Resources by Abhinav Kaiser

This is the first wordpress theme from Technopedia. It is based off of Jason Golod’s “Adsense Ready Theme“. There are some major changes to the theme which I felt would make the theme better.

This is a screen shot of the new theme. You can find a working demo here.

Download the ZIP here.

The theme is built for the blogs who are aiming for adsense from google. The sizes of the columns are based off of google adsense sizes. If you want to thank me for the theme, please consider donating some money so I can spend some more time and release more and more themes.

Make any kind of changes to the theme and shoot your questions if you have any…

Are you sure that you removed it form adsense_left.php. I can still see it there… Make sure you remove it, save it and upload it… delete the one on your server before you upload the new one…. let me know about the results…

How do you get your posts just to display the first paragraph only? then when you click on the link(title) it will bring up the whole post?

    thanks

I use this theme for about half a year now, I also ripped out the ads-code and it works fine with me, no ads anymore, but just a simple and stylefull three-column theme.
I like this one very much, allthough the stylesheet is quite tough, but I enhanced the stylesheet with a stylesheetswitcher (dhtml) and added several styles: this theme can really make things happen out there, thank you very much for it: I tried lots of other themes and still couldn’t get satisfied, this theme is really nicely customizable (and maybe… I will use the adsense feature sometime, but for now I am happy without).
